My interpretations for this weeks Scavenger Hunt, hosted by Ramblings and Photos. Let's just jump right into it, shall we!?
1.diptych
(I've never done one of these and didn't even know what it was so it was a fun little challenge. When I made some strawberry lemonade I thought I would give it a try. Fun and amazing how many pictures of the lemons I took! Not a fan of how the backgrounds turned out. I could NOT for the life of me get them to be the same color. Oh well.)
2. Book
(One of my March Goals was to read more books and I've barely been able to put this one down!)
3.When I think about how _sun is shining warmly in the _pretty blue sky_ I just have to _capture this rare moment __.
(It's been a sunny, beautiful week and I can definitely tell how much the weather affects my mood!)
4.Taste of Italy
(Basil)
5. Reminders
(Virtual sticky notes on our background to our computer. Blurred for effect.)

ReplyDeleteThank you for your lovely words of kindness! Dorian Susan, I just finished it...The Weight of Silence by Heather Gudenkauf. So good!
ReplyDeleteI like the different tones in the diptych background...there is a slight pink tones in the lemon shot that works really well with the corresponding lemonade.

ReplyDeleteI have the same trouble with that white background.

ReplyDeleteI was totally wondering about what the book was, too!
ReplyDeleteI think your diptych is fabulous, even if the backgrounds didn't match up. I maybe even like it better this way than if it were all matchy...
And I so use those virtual sticky notes all over the place. They actually need a good clean-out purge because there are so many right now I don't even really look at them. :/
Thank you so much for your kind words over on my blog! Making each of the categories into a self-portrait really made me think about them more than in the past when I've linked up before. You should give it a shot some time!! :D
